About our Clients:
More than 1,500,000 passengers choose to travel by DACOS every year. About our future:
Starting with the implementation of ISO9001:2001 quality standard, DACOS plans annual strategically objectives and follows their end with the purpose of keeping DACOS in the top of national and international transport operators. Strategically objectives were divided into 5 (five) categories. These objectives are oriented towards: client (opening new routes, purchasing new coaches, fitting out old ones and providing air conditioning systems in the head office control point), suppliers (establishing firm relationships with the suppliers, according to the “win-win” principle), company (reducing the number of road events involving DACOS vehicles, securing non-polluting transport, standardizing the fleet of coaches by purchasing only coaches manufactured by VDL), employees (training the management staff concerning quality management, modernizing the consulting room, finding and using DACOS uniforms) and management (profit increase, reducing park maintenance expenses and improving transport efficiency).
